We would like to remind our customers to shop more consciously:

Every day, returns cause 238,000 tons of CO2 and place an extreme burden on our environment. We see the reminder as a step in the right direction; it should encourage more conscious purchasing and climate-friendly living.

Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.

• Period: We have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order.
• To make a return, the goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Please send an email to support@bt-sports.de with the subject 'Return' and the information: order number, name and reason for the return.
• We will give you precise instructions on where to return the goods.
• Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
  BT Sports does not cover return shipping costs.
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the refund status.
• If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment shortly thereafter
